• Contact form submissions — your name, email, project details, and budget range, so I can respond to your inquiry.
• Billing information — for invoicing active projects, handled through Wise or PayPal (international clients) or UPI (India). I don't receive or store your card or bank credentials directly — those are handled entirely by the payment processor.
• Analytics — this site uses Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. It records aggregate page-view data (pages visited, general location, device type) with no personal identifiers and no cross-site tracking.
• Standard hosting logs — like most websites, the hosting infrastructure keeps brief technical logs (IP address, timestamp) for security purposes. These aren't used for tracking or marketing.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used only to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver projects, issue invoices, and maintain hosting for active clients. It is never used for advertising, and never sold.

4. How Information Is Shared

Information is shared only where necessary to deliver the service — with payment processors (Wise, PayPal, or your UPI provider) to process payments, and with infrastructure providers (such as hosting and backend services) to run your site. None of these parties are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as needed for the project, invoicing, and any legal or accounting record-keeping requirements. You can request deletion of your contact information at any time once there's no active project or outstanding obligation tied to it.

6. Cookies

This site itself does not set cookies. Umami analytics runs cookieless. There are no third-party advertising trackers on this site.

7. Client Projects

Websites and applications built for clients may collect information from their own visitors depending on the features implemented, such as contact forms, analytics, newsletters, or other services. Each client is responsible for their own privacy practices, policies, and compliance requirements. I only access client data when necessary to build, maintain, or support the service.
