Pricing
How billing works.
Every project has the same billing structure. Actual costs are determined during scoping — this page explains what you're agreeing to before that conversation happens.
Structure
Three cost layers.
Every project has the same structure. What varies is the build cost — everything else is fixed once scope is agreed.
Build Cost
A one-time fee for the development work. Determined after scoping — based on the system, the features selected, and project complexity.
Hosting + Domain
Recurring cost billed on the cycle you choose. Covers managed hosting, domain registration, and bandwidth — all handled by Nikil.
Maintenance
Added to the recurring hosting invoice if a maintenance plan is active. Covers section updates performed by Nikil on your behalf.
Hosting + Domain
You choose the cycle.
Hosting and domain are billed together on a recurring cycle. Pricing is determined at scoping. Three cycle options are available — pick what works for your timeline.
Quarterly
Every 3 months
Shortest commitment. Renews every quarter.
Half-Yearly
Every 6 months
Most common. Balances flexibility and value.
Yearly
Every 12 months
Longest cycle. Best overall cost.
What's included
- ✓Managed deployment — Nikil handles all setup and infrastructure
- ✓Domain registration — in your name, transferred to you on request
- ✓Bandwidth allowance — usage visible in your analytics dashboard
- ✓Domain waiver — fee deducted if you already own a domain
Bandwidth cap
Each plan includes a fixed monthly bandwidth allowance. Usage is visible in your analytics dashboard at any time. If the cap is exceeded, additional quota can be purchased to keep the site live.
Maintenance
Ongoing updates, handled by Nikil.
Maintenance covers updates to your site's pre-defined sections — performed by Nikil on your behalf, not self-serve. When active, the cost is added to your recurring hosting invoice rather than billed separately.
Capped at 2 update requests per month.
Typical maintenance areas
The exact sections covered are defined per project and may vary based on the agreed scope.
Always included — with or without maintenance
Build Cost
Scoped per project.
The build cost is a one-time fee determined after scoping. There's no form to fill before you can talk — just describe what you have in mind.
A quote comes back with exactly what's covered, what isn't, and a clear timeline. Everything agreed before any work begins.
Development Billing
Outside the maintenance scope.
Maintenance covers section updates — content swaps, banner changes, popup edits. Anything that changes the structure, adds something new, or requires real development is scoped and billed separately.
- →New pages or sections that don't currently exist
- →Layout or visual redesign
- →New functionality — forms, integrations, content types
- →Navigation or structural changes
- →Custom graphic or banner design (new design, not a content swap)
- →Infrastructure changes
Policies
Good to know.
- Bug Fixes
Always free. If something previously worked and has broken — errors, broken layout, broken links, security issues — it's fixed at no cost. This doesn't cover requests for something that was never built.
- Source Code
Available on request. Source code handover is available for an additional fee. Released only after all outstanding dues — hosting, development invoices, and any other charges — are cleared in full.
- Late Payment
Site paused at 3 weeks. If a hosting bill remains unpaid for more than 3 weeks, the site's visibility is temporarily disabled. Restored once all outstanding dues are cleared.
